CANCELLATION POLICY: A $50.00 service charge for cancellations outside 14 days of scheduled arrival. Inside 14 days, entire deposit will be forfeited. No refund for early departures once checked in.
- In Season:
- One day deposit required for 1 - 6 days.
- $250 deposit for 7 -13 - Balance due upon arrival/check-in
- $500 deposit for 14 or more days - Balance due upon arrival/check-in
- Out of Season:
- One day deposit for reservations - Balance due upon arrival/check-in
- 10% off daily rate for 7 nights or more
- Special rates apply for some holidays
- Optional Maid Service
- All rates subject to 11% State & Local Tax
- NO PETS ALLOWED
- Check-out time 11:00am, Check-in time 3:00pm

Due to limited parking, no boats, wave runners, jet skis or trailers allowed on the property.
We reserve the right to charge a fee for extra cleaning of a unit if necessary upon check-out.
