PAYMENT

  • 25% due at time of reservation
  • Balance due 30 days prior to arrival
  • A $500 refundable security deposit will be added to each reservation

Cancellations/Refunds

  • Please note, there are no refunds for cancellations, late arrivals, or early departures
  • Travel insurance is available from a leading travel services company through the Sea Horse
  • The coverage is recommended to protect guests’ travel investment
Guest Environment

Guest Environment

  • Check-out time is 10am / check-in time is 4pm — late check-out fees will be assessed
  • Quiet hours start at 10pm — violators will be subject to fines
  • Daily maid service will be provided beginning February 1, 2025
  • Beach towels are provided for each registered guest — the towels are for the guests to keep
  • Smoking only allowed outside street side of the building — violators will be charged a minimum $500 cleaning fee
  • No pets allowed — violators will be charged a minimum $500 cleaning fee
  • Violation of quiet hour, smoking, or pet policies may result in termination of rental without refund

Parking

  • One vehicle allowed per Studio/Loft/1-Bedroom unit – two vehicles allowed for 2-Bedrooms
  • All guest vehicles must be properly registered with the office
  • Unregistered vehicles will be towed and impounded — guests will be fined for unauthorized guest vehicles
  • No boats, jet skis, trailers, campers or RVs allowed on the premises

Other

  • Guests have until 4pm the business day following their scheduled arrival to book same dates for the following year
  • There is a 7-night minimum stay requirement for all reservations falling between February 1st and April 30th
  • Guests may be asked to leave without refund for violation of resort policies
  • All units are uniquely furnished — please do not move items from one unit to another
  • Guests will be responsible for any additional cleaning costs, missing items, or damages to the unit, if applicable
